FerrLabs uses a small number of third-party providers to operate its services. This page lists every subprocessor that may process Customer Data (account data and product data), the purpose, the geographic location, and any cross-border transfer safeguards. Notification of new subprocessors is sent to account holders by email at least 30 days before they go live.

Source of truth
Production manifests publicly visible at github.com/FerrLabs/Infra describe the runtime architecture. The list above is curated and authoritative; any new vendor that touches Customer Data must be added here before being put in production.
Changes
Material additions or replacements of subprocessors are notified to account holders by email at least 30 days before they go live. You may object on legitimate grounds by contacting privacy@ferrlabs.com within that window; an objection that cannot be resolved entitles you to terminate the contract with prorated refund of unused prepaid periods.
